Michael Cella, of Norwalk, was arrested Jan. 1, after the Wilton Police Department received a complaint that Cella was passed out in a running vehicle in their driveway on Range Road, said the Wilton Police.
When police arrived on the scene, they found Cella partially seated in the vehicle, engine running, keys in the ignition and detected a strong odor of alcohol when opening the vehicle doors, police said.
Cella failed a series of field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DUI. He was later released on $260 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10.
